- Product Certificate (PC or PAC)
- The Product Certificate contains important information such as the viral titer and volume (for libraries provided as viral particles), complexity or number of independent clones, mutation rate, clone sequencing Q.C. data, NGS QC statistics and graphs, and Lot Number. Product Certificates for pre-made CloneTracker XP Libraries may be also downloaded from the Cellecta Product Certificates web page and are organized by Lot Number.
- Barcode Sequence Files
- Provided as Microsoft Excel files upon purchase, the sequence files contains barcode sequences and NGS QC data including read counts and distribution. If you have not received it, please contact us at tech@cellecta.com.
- NGS Cassette Diagram
- Available in PDF format, the NGS cassette diagram shows the barcode sequence structure, design of the barcode expression cassette including location of PCR and NGS primers, and primer sequences. The NGS cassettes of Cellecta’s standard CloneTracker XP pScribe and pScribeM vectors are available on the Cloning and Expression Vector Information web page.
- Vector Map and Sequence
- CloneTracker XP pScribe and pScribeM vector sequences are available in SnapGene, GenBank/VectorNTI (.gb), and FASTA formats. The sequences are available on the Cloning and Expression Vector Information web page.
