Cellecta’s pre-made and custom CRISPR Pooled Lentiviral sgRNA Libraries are provided either as plasmid DNA or as packaged VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles. The pre-made human genome-wide pooled CRISPR sgRNA Knockout Libraries are available in two formats—as a single module or as three modules. Both library options cover all human protein-coding genes.

All pre-made human and mouse genome-wide CRISPR, CRISPRa, and CRISPRi libraries are all available in a single-module format.

The PAC contains important information such as the viral titer and volume (for libraries provided as viral particles), complexity, mutation rate, clone sequencing Q.C. data, and Lot Number. PACs for pre-made CRISPR sgRNA Libraries may be also downloaded from the Cellecta Product Manuals and Certificates web page and are organized by Lot Number.
sgRNA Sequence Files
Provided as a Microsoft Excel file upon purchase, the sequence file contains gene target names, sgRNA sequences, and NGS QC data including reads, distribution, complexity, and mutation rate. If you have not received it, please contact us at tech@cellecta.com.
NGS Cassette Diagram
Available in PDF format, the NGS cassette diagram shows the sgRNA sequence structure, design of sgRNA expression cassette including location of PCR and NGS primers, and primer sequences.
